RECRUIT TRAINING COMMAND ORLANDO REUNION 2018 (RTCOR 2018)

Submitting your registration form constitutes an agreement on your part to accept the following terms and conditions. Please note: these ‘Terms and Conditions’ may be subject to change without notice.
You agree to pay in full the registration fee that is applicable to your category. For example, only graduates of Recruit Training Command Orlando, former Company Commanders at RTC Orlando, and Navy personnel and staff who were stationed at RTC Orlando should choose choose the RTC-affiliated registration. Please choose the Adult Guest and/or Child Guest categories to register the appropriate guests; this applies to those accompanying a properly registered RTC-affiliated adult.
REGISTRATION FEES & DATES & DEADLINES
Details of fees and dates of events are on the Registration & Events Ticketing page of the RTC Orlando Reunion web site. Fees are payable in US Dollars only. You may pay with a debit or credit card online or using a check by postal mail.
It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of RTCOR, to change the content, timing, venue, and/or speaker for an event. Those changes will be viewable on the reunion web site.
Deadline to register and purchase tickets is Sunday, September 30, 2018. Registration fees are non-refundable. There are no event ticket refunds after September 20, 2018 (see Cancellations & Refunds below).
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION & UPDATES
You will receive your registration confirmation, payment receipt, and/or check receipt by email. Please ensure that a valid email address is entered correctly on the registration form. Be sure to check your junk email box to in case any of your RTCOR-related email(s) are caught by spam filters.
On-site registration and check-in will open at the Ramada Kissimmee Gateway hotel (the RTCOR 2018 reunion headquarters) at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 9, 2018.
You will receive essential information for registered RTCOR 2018 attendees electronically at the email address provided on your registration form. The RTCOR website will also contain important information; please check the site for updates. You may also receive attendee information by postal delivery before and after the conference.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If you need to cancel, you must notify us in writing by regular mail to: RTC Orlando Reunion, 4555 Oraibi Drive, Glendale AZ 85308. Written cancellations must be postmarked by 11:59 p.m. US Eastern Time, September 20, 2018.
If you cancel per the above stipulations, the reunion event tickets you purchased directly through our site will be refunded less the online payment fees and a $10 processing fee per cancellation occurrence. Refunds for the Central Florida Navy Birthday Ball are subject to the terms and conditions of the Central Florida Navy League. See their website or contact information for those terms.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be made in the form of a check drawn on a US bank, and will be mailed after RTCOR 2018 concludes. No cash refunds will be given. No refunds of any kind will be made for cancellations postmarked after September 20, 2018. No refunds will be given for ‘no-shows,’ late arrivals, early departures for any reason.
In the event of there being insufficient numbers of attendees registered for an event, RTCOR reserves the right to cancel or postpone that event.
IF THE ENTIRE REUNION MUST BE CANCELED FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING WAR, FIRE, NATURAL DISASTER, ACCIDENT, CIVIL DISTURBANCE, ACT OF GOD, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND WILL REFUND YOUR TICKETING FEES, MINUS THE PAYPAL FEE. RTCOR SHALL NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS AND SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO REIMBURSE ANY OTHERS COSTS THAT MAY BE INCURRED, INCLUDING TRANSPORTATION, ACCOMMODATIONS, LOSS OF INCOME, ETC.
SUBSTITUTIONS, TRANSFERS, AND ADDITIONS
You may transfer your registration to another eligible party if you are unable to attend RTCOR 2018. RTC-affiliated parties transferring registrations to another party are responsible for any and all financial arrangements between transferring and receiving parties.
Registration transfers may be made by phone until Monday, October 8, 2018. After this date, all changes must be made on-site during RTCOR 2018. There will be a $10 processing fee charged per registration transfer.
You may add reunion events to your registration on a space-available basis. Additions may be made by phone until Sunday, September 30, 2018. After this date, all changes or additions may be made on a space-available basis only and determination of such is at the sole discretion of the organizers. You will be charged the event ticket fees in effect at the time of the addition.
TRAVEL & HOTEL
Attendees are responsible for securing their own travel and accommodation and making payment for such. Cancellation of hotel reservations and/or any travel expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of each individual. RTCOR does not make any guarantees or in any way warrant the reunion hotel, other reunion venues, or any form of transportation.
RTCOR is not responsible for errors or omissions. Schedules, speakers, and program content are subject to change.
